Synopsis

Since the moment they met at age 5, Rosie and Alex have been best friends, facing the highs and lows of growing up side by side. A fleeting shared moment, one missed opportunity, and the decisions that follow send their lives in completely different directions. As each navigates the complexities of life, love, and everything in between, they always find their way back to each other - but is it just friendship, or something more?

Like last week, this week's list is more of a highlights. It is the heart of Oscar season, so it is hard to have the time to research all dozen plus limited releases coming out each week. Additionally, this week most of the limited releases are opening with no buzz and bad reviews and many of them are only coming out in theaters to boost their Video on Demand release. That is not to say there are no good new releases coming out... there are three films earning overwhelmingly positive reviews.
