Synopsis

The music is pumping, the dance floor is moving and Donny stops when he sees Aya performing with her hip-hop Cobu crew on stage at Static, the hottest underground club in New York. DVD and Blu-ray Releases for July 22nd, 2014

July 22nd, 2014

I think it is fair to say it is a mixed week on the home market. There are four wide releases coming out this week, but all but one struggled at the box office. Worse still, looking down the list of new releases and you quickly run into filler. However, the winner is Ginger Snaps, which is coming out on a Special Edition Blu-ray. More...

Fading Gigolo poster

Fading Gigolo debuted on top of the per theater chart with an average of $36,160 in five theaters. This is the second best per theater average for a 2014 release behind The Grand Budapest Hotel. The only other film to reach the $10,000 club was Godzilla: The Original Japanese Version, which celebrated its 60th anniversary with $10,903 in one theater. More...

As for new films, The Final Member and Gabrielle are earning the best reviews. However, I'm most interested in seeing Trailer Park Boys: Don't Legalize It. More...
