Synopsis
The Great Alaskan Race tells an inspiring story based on true events of 1925 surrounding a diphtheria outbreak in Nome, Alaska. Against all odds, musher Leonhard Seppala must rely on his strong will and team of sled dogs to overcome personal tragedy and nature’s wrath to save his beloved town.
