Synopsis
The times are sensitive. Family man Heinz Hellmich has to learn this the hard way when he is threatened with losing his job after a few clumsy missteps at work. To prove that he is not an “old white man”, he invites his boss and other guests (or is it guests*?!) to dinner at his home. He and his family want to present themselves at their best and most politically correct side! But as the evening gets underway, Heinz stumbles from one faux pas to the next and realizes that his wife Carla, his children and even Grandpa Georg do not exactly radiate pure harmony. When, after much turbulence, everyone is finally sitting at the same table, the family facade quickly begins to crumble…
